    Electrical Building Services Engineer Opportunity

    Location: London (Studio-Based)
    Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
    Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (38-hour week, core hours 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead the full project lifecycle, from concept design to commissioning, delivering high-quality building services engineering.
    • Produce detailed electrical system designs and calculations using Revit and Amtech, ensuring exceptional building performance.
    • Incorporate sustainable technologies to minimise embodied carbon and achieve net-zero goals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, representing the company with professionalism.
    • Deliver and review high-quality reports, specifications, schedules, models, and drawings.
    • Implement system improvements and uphold QA standards.
    • Manage Revit inputs for design production and adapt to evolving project needs.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc).
      • Working towards or a Chartered Member of CIBSE, IET, or equivalent.
      • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Building Services Engineering.
    • Skills & Experience:
      • Expertise in electrical system design and proficiency in Revit and Amtech.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and practical skills, with a fresh approach to design.
      • Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams, clients, and external partners.
      • Keen attention to detail, ensuring work meets company standards.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and priorities.
      • Proactive in building client relationships and supporting team development.
      • Experience with Arts, Culture, or Heritage projects is a bonus but not essential.
