    Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a telephone-based sales role that requires an individual who can generate appointments for their field sales team and maximise opportunities by working to set KPI’s.
    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to grow with the company.

    The Role:

    • Following up on all leads provided by the team
    • Making outbound calls to companies to generate appointments for field sales team to visit
    • Working to set KPI’s to maximise opportunities
    • Ensuring appointments are set in a sensible way geographically to allow UK field sales team to maximise time with clients
    • Developing an important knowledge of the services offered by the company
    • Updating the database daily in a proficient manner

    The Person:

    • Passion for sales and developing new opportunities for the business
    • Possess great communication skills to engage with potential clients
    • Be confident and enquiring
    • Have good database skills and attention to detail
    • Be self-motivated and a team player
    • Have an outgoing and friendly demeanour at all times
    • Experience in MS Office
    • Have business acumen to make correct choices whilst maintaining company values at all times
    • Have excellent geographical knowledge of the UK

    Our client is looking to recruit an experienced IT Assistant who is looking for the next step in their career.
    Reporting to an IT Manager, the role will see you take responsibility for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, reliable and ready to support their day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and preparing the company for future growth.

    Key Activities

    IT Infrastructure & Operations Management

    • Manage and maintain physical and cloud-based IT infrastructure (Azure, servers, networks, endpoints).
    • Oversee LAN/WAN networks, wireless connectivity and IT security measures.
    • Ensure all IT systems remain secure, compliant and optimized for performance.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams.

    Cybersecurity & Compliance

    • Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices including patch management, vulnerability tracking and threat mitigation.
    • Work towards and maintain Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+) certification.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments, security training and compliance audits.

    Project Management & Digital Transformation

    • Lead IT projects including ERP and CRM system upgrades, software integrations and cloud migrations.
    • Manage the adoption and optimization of M365 tools, Power BI and automation solutions.
    • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and digital initiatives to improve business processes.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for IT driven efficiency improvements.

    Service Management & Vendor Coordination

    • Manage third-party IT service providers to ensure service excellence.
    • Oversee IT procurement, licensing and contract management.
    • Monitor and report on IT performance, uptime and service levels.

    Business Engagement & Strategic IT Alignment

    • Collaborate with business leaders to align IT strategy with company goals.
    • Drive user adoption and training programs for new systems and technologies.
    • Provide insights and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

    Our client is seeking a highly motivated Multiskilled Engineer to join their busy team, on a full-time permanent basis. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal efficiency and uptime of their automated production machinery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Carry out maintenance on automated production machinery
    • Improve preventative maintenance routines
    • Manage mechanical and electrical fault finding, using three phase control systems
    • Fault finding & repairing hydraulic or pneumatic systems
    • Undertake small installation projects
    • Optimise machine efficiency through continuous improvement
    • Keep a clean and maintained work space, including transit areas to and from workshops and client visits
    • Support operations team in achieve targets
    • Comply to health and safety policies and procedures
    • Contribute to cost effective technical solutions
    • Participate in weekend call-out rota’s
    • Adhered to budgetary requirements, but carrying out route cause analysis and predictive/preventative planning

    Skills & Experience:

    • Obtained an engineering qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
    • Experience working within mechanical/electricals works, breakdowns, repair and fault diagnosis
    • Strong electrical fault-finding skills, especially withing PLC’S, drives and inverters
    • Strong understanding of engineering diagrams, HV/LV Switchgear and electrical drivers
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Full clean driving license and access to a car is essential
