Our client seeks a diligent and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join their team on a part-time, term-time only basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective telesales activities within the UK business market.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our clients’ market presence by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with small to medium-sized enterprises. The primary focus will be on understanding client needs and presenting appropriate, value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential business clients through various communication methods.
- Clearly and persuasively articulate the value proposition of our solutions, primarily via telephone.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline, effectively tracking opportunities and potential obstacles.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies and action plans to achieve successful sales outcomes.
- Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Continuously update your understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques through provided training.
Skills & Experience:
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying opportunities.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a personal pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, with preference for B2B telesales or field-based roles.
