Your Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Overseeing sub-assembly and the production of electrical components.
- Managing quality assurance and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshooting production issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
